Buddy just obtained an ex-customs 40' Performer hull with outboard well for trips. Any one have any info. I know it use to be the 40 cigarette. Any specs, weight speed etc.

Theres a 40 performer on ebay for 10k hull only! who built these hulls ? I remember Sunkist had a race boat that looked like that hull a long time ago near the Miami River.

They are out of a Cig mold dubbed the "Performance 40". There's been a few built over the past few years. REALLY NICE! I'm pretty sure JT had something to do with them at TNT (at least the recent ones). A dude I know has one. They're cool rides! I think Todd Fountain (OSO's "theGladiator") owned one as well. There was also one listed in the boat trader recently.

Wasn't his boat for sale on here not to long ago? It was blue, very nice looking boat.
