The City of Aventura finally approved Hi-Lift Marina's variance for conditional uses and expansion to a 90-foot tall, State-of-the-art vertical dry stack yacht club. A computer controlled whisper silent crane system will move boats within the dry stack.

The Vertical Yacht Club at Thunder Alley will utilize the technology at the Port in Ft. Lauderdale! We are the inventors of the technology

We've made some incredible improvements to the technology and will have first class amenities within the state-of-the-art Vertical Yacht Club.

As the name suggests - We will include a memorial and intend to cater to CATS and other hi-performance boats. In fact, we are looking to include a powerboat club and will host poker runs!
