I think it's getting pretty tough...If you can't get a supply of drive bellow (rubber boots), you'd be hosed.

That is a sweet boat though, transom looks real clean.

THe drive bellows are available from Archer Marine in California. Limited production each year. If you don't leave them out in the sun to dry out, they last a few years.
