The girl that is in the tape was a student that brought her car to the repair shop , her dad set the whole thing up with the radio station to play a pretty nasty joke I think!!!!

just about every new customer I get comes with a story like that.they have been sold things I have never heard of,services which are impossible to perform on things that don't exist.And believe me,its not just females.Most women are smart enough to ask for an explanation of something they don't underdstand.Most males are too pig headed and proud to ask.They will just agree with whatever they are told and sold.DOH
