The only gripe I have with the 36', like the 38 Top Gun, is it's not condusive to a staggered setup and you sacrafice a lot of cockpit space even with a short stagger.. 
If I had my choice I would go with the short stagger so at least there's a back bench although it's a stand-up. As some down south would say, they're fixin to run!

So go buy a Scarab. I have a 38 kv with the full stagger and she holds 6 Stand up. Runs well over 100 and rides and handles great.
