I have been surfing but no luck. Need it to make new gauge panels. I know its out there.

Try AirTech (www.airtech-streamlining.com) - they make fiberglass race bodies for motorcycles, and they have offered blank panels in the past.

Also, you probably want a fiberglass panel with a final layer in carbon. Pure carbon fiber can be difficult to work with...
