Default 35 Activator Cat On E- Bay

This activator cat has been on e bay before Item
#270056844967. It is shown at a marina at Lake
of the Ozarks. Owner "says" it runs between 120
and 130 mph. I don't believe this is possible
with small blower (6-71) 572 ci putting out
720hp. Has anyone seen this boat or knows
some history on it??? It seem like a decent deal
depending on the actual speed figures. undefined

Was origanally built and RACED as Billy Mauff's "HOT N' NASTY" was pretty quick as a Modified class boat.

That boat has been for sale on there for a long time, I seen it there 3 months ago.. Seems like a good deal, I think that 120 is capable with 1500ish hp, considering V's are running in the 100's with less

Ryan,
Thanks for the info on the Activator cat. Do you have any more details
on this package. I notice it is a very narrow beam for a cat (9.5')--was
it stable or dangerous at any point? Did it ever flip or sink? You said
it was competitive---what was this class running back then. I am looking
for a cat for my son that we can enjoy together. Thank you in advance.

I saw and was in the boat approx. 4-5 years ago when it was sitting at Ocean Performance for sale. It was a pretty nice boat. You could tell that it was converted race boat, not that theirs anything wrong with that.

I can see that boat was another of the menny coppies of the Shaow and Chriscat were did they strech the beam? I can see the body line in the side but that is only good for a couple of inches and the sponsons still look like the oringinal width ?
