I debated on posting this. I really hate being this negative, but I figure maybe it will save someone else the hassel.
I would advise against ordering parts from a company called ishopmarine. I did eventually get what I ordered, but they have ZERO customer service. They never answer their phones and will only return an email if they want to.
The site will list parts as in stock that not only are not in stock, but they won't even let you know that your entire order is being held up a month. They held me up for a month for a $13 part. WHen I finally figured out what was going on I canceled the order and got the part elsewhere. I even recieved confirmation that they had recieved my cancelation. Then two weeks later I received the part, and could get no response from their customer service department.
The only reason I ordered from them was the MarineEngine.com didn't have a couple of items I needed (they have excellent customer service). Anyone know of anywhere else with decent prices to order Mercury parts?
Just an FYI.

I too have had good luck with BAM. Their site is very usefull in identifing the correct part, their prices are reasonable, and I get what I ordered in a reasonable length of time. And the parts are the real deal...NOT some knock-off look-a-like!
