Cuda, are you guys OK? I just heard that at least 9 people were injured from the F2 tornado a couple of hours ago in Deland. Daytona Beach hit hard too.

Im about 20 miles south of Cuda. To the best of my knowledge it didn't hit in his area, a bit west of him I think, but he would need to confirm.. it was a nasty band of storms for sure.

My brother in-law is a linemen and has been out all day and will be out the rest of the night..

Because as someone said here on OSO, at this time of the year, there is more canadian in the U.S. (specially quebequers in florida) than canadian in canada !

Second, they usually always talk about the coming hurricanes in southern U.S.
