Default Distributor Gear

Does any one know how the life of the Comp Cams Polymer distributor gear holds up on solid roller cams?

I would not mind once a season. Better then 25 hours.

You might want to order the cam with a cast gear so you can run the stock distributor gear. It keeps a lot of bronze out of the motor, stops the timing from bouncing around, and eliminates the occasional tow when the bronze gear lets go.

The cam did come with cast gear. It went south in 21 hrs. I would rather have bronze floating around than steel.
