Built well, a friennd had a 2000 w/502 mags...75 mph bone stock

I have owned 2 of them. A 2000 that had 502 mpis in it which ran 77 with labbed props. Put a pair of carbed HP500s in it and ran 82. Had a mishap with that boat and I can tell you without a doubt, they hold up well in the absolute worst circumstances. Nuff said about that. Bought another 2000 with the Volvo 600 DPX setup. Wow! Runs 92 and feels much more connected to the water. Not to many are aware, but the Volvo 500 and 600 motors were built by Innovation Marine. Nothing Volvo about them but some stickers! Both boats had/have minor issues, as do all boats, but all in all, great boat for the money IMO. Thinking of selling my current one if anyone is interested? Only 150 original hours
