I have 2 small dents in my aluminum swim platform i just bought what is the best to fix them? They are at each corner I will have it powder coated when I fix the dents.

aluminum can be hard to work with, you could use an aluminum filler rod and a small torch to fill the dent, just be carefull not to burn through, or you could use a two part epoxy that gets real hard like JB weld. some people have even used a filler almost like bondo but made for marine use.

I dented mine too...pissed me off. I had a body shop friend repair it and then found the matching paint code for the powdercoat and he blended it perfect. You can't see it at all!

You have an easier project. There is a filler that powdercoat suppliers sell that is similar to bondo that will take the electric charge and heat of the powdercoating process. Here is one source, but there are many out there.

Weld it up and regrind. Just find a welder that does alum. Not a biggie.
With them being on the corners, that might be worth considering to fix permamently (welding) as more prone to dock rashes. Where as a filler type of repair might not hold stay put if you contact the dock again. especially after going to the trouble to remove, repair, repowdercoat the platform.
