Post Who wants to buy a condo at LOTO

We are selling our condo at Lake of the Ozarks and will be renting a slip at one of the marinas to keep our cruiser in. WE are spending all of our time on the boat and have no need to keep our condo. If you want information you can e mail me or miss amy.

Unhappy

Lutzparty- i put in a contract offer on a condo back in december...aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand we are still trying to get together on the price. from what i hear, the RE market is slow at the lake. it is a buyers market with many "motivated sellers".

email me the details. i'll do my best to help you move it.

Which condo are you guys at? We're at Emerald Bay.

You know we spend most of the time on the boat too, but the condo is sooo nice. I'd never give it up. It's nice to have a comfy bed, nice shower, plenty of room. Plus it's an appreciating asset down there, unlike the boat! I'd think hard before I gave it up!

Lutz:
I have a place at our local lake (pond? ), but I am currently in the market for another place as well. Considering LOTO, Table rock, etc. If you could e-mail me the details, I would love to look at it. Any photos?
