On January 9, 2006 HORBA was formed an announced to the offshore world.

THANK YOU To all of the fans and the directors, for making this a great year..... and for all those people who are finding and keeping alive the old boats.

It has been wonderful to find many of my old comrades and share the memories again and also sad to have one of our own, Joey Ippolitto pass on from us.

A special thaks to OSO for their help in keeping the memories of the sport alive.

We have many big plans for the coming year....stay tuned.

Great first year! Congrats. You have kept many people thouroughly entertained and brought back several boats that were left for dead.

And many happy to returns to the day.
