Looking for anyone who has had a 575 SCI and what kind of comments you have; likes and dislikes. The 575 is being replaced by the 600. Looking to purchase 04' Fountain with 575.

The 575 is a solid engine. Blueprinted and balanced. Suffers a little from the heat. The only weakness is certian variants of the supercharger need to have the berings watched around 150 or so hours.

Idles well and mine never loaded up. I'd own one again. No doubt that the 600sci is a better engine because of the intercooler and EFI over TBI but the 575 is a solid blower package.
