I have a 96 280 with 625hp 510ci Naturally asp motor. The huffer should make yours run really nice.

The squal hull is the same hull as the "280 model" th only cahnges are swim platform, dash panals and windsheild.

There are a hole bunch of guys on this page that know a hole bunch about velocities.

I have a 320 with a pair of blower motors in it and I guarentee once you learn how to run it you will love it,good luck and welcome.

How do yuo like it think iits better with the out bordes? also is that the only diffeance or are there others??

Don't know, I never drove one with a car motor. Transom is different. Other than that it's the same boat.
