Good luck! I've been looking for a copy for sometime now. I callled the publisher and it is out of print. They could offer no help other than recommend to look for a used copy.

I finally found his BBC book and ordered it from somewhere in Australia. NOT CHEAP, but it was the only place I could find it. I looked and I can't find the receipt, but do a search and it will eventually come up.
