If this has already been discussed I apologize, But am I missing something? I got the DVD for Christmas and just got around to putting it in...and there are no bonus features with the deleted boat scenes. I watched the Nonpoint video for "In the Air Tonight" and there is obviously a bunch of extra footage of boat scenes...where are they? Why would they not put them on the DVD? I got ripped off

You didn't get the directors cut. That one has the boat scene at the beginning.

I got the directors cut and was just as disapointed. Possibly 60 seconds of footage. It was good footage but nothing like I expected or hoped.

Don't expect a bunch of boat scenes on the directors cut. It's about 1 minute or so. That & the boat ride to Cuba is the high light.

That movie did not deserve to be called Miami Vice.

Miami Vice wasn't about boating!!! It was cops and drug dealers.

Yeah but if they spent all that extra money on shooting a boat scene, why not put it in the special features?

I was disappointed too. I remember reading the posts from the guys on here in about all the boating footage and thought I would see more on the extra footage.
