Have you caught an episode of Survivorman?
How about the adrift at Sea episode?
The episodes are 1--Man,No food,No T.V. crew,7 day's.

Damn,that looked tough. It gave ya some insight what it would be like adrift. Tough on the brain for sure.
It was interesing to hear how most of those raft's leak air & water and plug failures. He even got help on this episode.
