I got that one a few days ago and then immediately got the newest one with Hellcat on the cover. Mine was from my upgrade too so I'm sure you'll be seeing another issue soon.
I hadn't had a chance to post about it, but there was a bit of a delay since I renewed. I know things take time, so I try not to bug people or raise a fuss unless its something real important. Once the issue showed up I got 2 in a week, so big thanks to EBM and OSO.
