Just received my DVD of "Cocaine Cowboys"... pretty interesting documentary surrounding the 80's cocaine running trade here in South Florida. Just a little insight of the movie.... while cruising on the poker runs down here and you see the Brickell Ave. skyline and we all take pictures of our boats with it in the background... it was all built with drug money ! The rest of the nation had 10% unemployment, Mercedes dealers down here could not keep cars in stock!!!! Banks on average would receive 12 million in cash during the year, In Miami they were receiving 600 MILLION !! Pick up a copy!
