In2Deep, just an idea, but I have seen several condo owners in some of the smaller complexes that rent their condos for a year at a time. One complex at 14 mm had some nice 2br/2bth units that rented as recently as a couple years ago for just over $1k a month and often with a slip. pm me for phone numbers for a few of the numbers to check. hammer

I have a friend who has a rental home (he built a new home nearby) it is located near the Gravois Arm at the 6mm, North Shore in a well protected cove. The house is a small 3 BR, 2 Bath with a deck that actually extends out over the water and has a hot tub. There is a single well dock with a swim platform.
