Default staggered set up.

What rotation is more popular on a 33 staggered? The boat at top end tends to have too much transom lift.

Thanks

Wil

Mine was staggered (HP500's) with the props turning IN. It ran well and speed was approx. 84mph with Bravo1 drives and 3 blade 29 Mirage props. The boat did run very level.

I didn't get a chance to experiment and try the props spinning out, so sorry I can't tell you much more. I can tell you that the boat was very easy (surprisingly with props turning in) to handle around the docks.

I have been told that the boat would handle better with the props turning OUT.

Semper...do you have an opinion regarding 4 blade props vs. 3 blades on these boats?

No, only becuase I never got a chance to play around with different props. As per my conversation with Danny Weinstein awhile ago, the boat came with 3 blades because 4 blades weren't on the market at that time.

I have also been told that the 4 blade will slow it down a "hair", but give it better control and acceleration.

I've had both, I did like the 4 blades better, but....only if you have big power in it. If you have 500's in it, stay with the 3 blades, it'll go faster (3+)The 4 blades give you more bite, and... you need it when your accelerating hard to get on top of the next wave, I kind of miss my V bottom....

You've been saying that 2 cat's ago Nothing like a cat for speed and stability.
