I presently work in the Automotive world and I'm just getting tired of doing things half Arse and I do not foresee any changes with present management, in fact I see it getting worse.

What I'm seeking is info on how JD treats its salaried employees and the benefits that they have. The job that I have been contacted about is in Waterloo Iowa. Any input at all would be appreciated.
