for those of you that know what lake effect snow is...

this streamer of lake effect has been stationary over us for 24 hours, and I live at the "x" about 20 minutes northwest of Tug Hill. Pretty rare for it to set up and stay here, as opposed to 20 miles south, but I can't see the shop from the house

measuring it in feet as time passes...3-5 inches an hour off and on, blizzard conditions, temps in the single digits. Gonna stay right here for another 24 is the latest. Said and done, it'll be our biggest snowfall in a long time here in Watertown.

Luckily, I'm off for the next 4 days. I think I'll do some internet shopping for goodies for the boat.

or go buy another sled tomorrow, I've got the itch again.

Yup, I've already had enough. I want to drive my vette, not 4x4's. My plow already broke once. We've really only had snow a few weeks, but I've had enough. Don't buy a sled now, they will cost 1/2 as much next month.

Can't get here soon enough, at least the boatshow's coming up with all the great performance boats there......

It is 1*F out right now and we got about 12 inches of snow this weekend.
