You know, I was wondering the same thing, about it holding up in court, but from what I see I would say yeah, just about anything with a signature, as long as it doesnt violate civil rights, is binding...Any lawyers on the board???

We have a rule on any boat "the guys" go out on: What goes on while you're boating STAYS on the boat. No discussing questionable things that occur with others who weren't there, especially wives/girlfriends!
