My friend has a 21 with twin 2.5's. Scary fast is the word to describe that boat. I am sure he does not want to sell. I do not care for the way it leans hard in turns and can not be driven without a tunnel tab buried to keep it from porpoising under 80mph. I have owned 4 (18-22')cat outboards that were well over 100mph and his 21 is too wild for me. Not the speed, the handling of the boat bothers me.
