Royal Palm over towards Boca Grande is a nice facility. There are others in the area, but it's the only one I've been to.

I was on the water in that area just after Christmas. I remember seeing a place called Stump Pass Marina on the IC. The pass out to the Gulf by the same name is right there.

There goes my property value!

Seriously, a good friend keeps his 34 Searay at this place:

He does in/out service and has been happy with them. I will say, I have never seen a performance boat there and also make sure that you are okay with the hours of operation. They close kind of early in my opinion.

Gulf Harbor is a great place. 5 minutes to the gulf, and 2 restaurants right there. Nice rack storage and they can block the boat if you want to clean it.
