Default Need a Favor Near Orlando (Sanford)

I was wondering if anybody in the Orlando area would be willing to go check out / test drive a truck for me at Gibson Truck World on the North side of town. Or, is anybody familiar with this place? They've got a real clean Chevy I'm interested in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please call if you'd be willing to help... thanks!

Anybody? I'd certainly be willing to make it worth your time. Plus, I can't get into a bigger boat without a bigger truck... that's the main issue here! Thanks.

I bought an F-250 from them. No problems so far. The owner has a 40+ foot Apache. Nice boat. He had it stored at the truck center.

I can go look at it for you. Gibson is only about 20 minutes from my house... just tell me what truck you want me to give a once over to and I will. They have some nice trucks there, and some high mileage ones as well... Its an old chevy dealer location, so that should give you some idea of the size of it.

Hey Chris, that would be great, I would really appreciate it.

It's a 2001 GMC 2500 Crew Cab with the 8.1L gas motor. Stock # 17360. It's white with gray leather. Here's the link....

Give me a call or e-mail and I can get you the name of the sales guy I've been dealing with, a few things I'm looking for in particular, etc. Thanks again.

This would be the smartest route.

They're in Orlando

Owner is a friend. Have it entirely inspected by an ASE Master tech.

Pretty much the same thing other then the logo and half the mileage. Lot closer to you as well.
Private Owner vehicle.. It's out of the John Deere Swap Sheet (now called Veridan credit Union swap sheet) in Waterloo, IA..... I was looking for something like it last month but went new instead. This just came out last week in their Swap Sheet... May be worth a phone call as I have no idea what he's asking. Most those John Deere guys keep their chit right.

Thanks for the tips, guys, really appreciate it.

First step, see if I can strike a deal with ChrisK to check out the one in Orlando... I like the Crew Cab and GMC badges.

Chris Sunkin - never even heard of such a service, sounds like a great idea... like a survey for my truck. Depending on Step 1 above, probably next in line.

ZP'd - left a message for this guy, I'm curious to hear what he's asking. Thanks for the lead.

I'll keep you posted...
