Default New Exhaust

I am in the process of repowering a tiger for a guy. We went from 600's to 800's took the gil dry exhuast off. What do guys recommend going with they are 540ci with 420 blowers and would like to stay dry do to the dumps already in the transom.

Thanks,

I'm sure there are several options you can do/go when it comes to an exhaust system. If you're looking to step up/upgrade from an aftermarket exhuast manifold system like the GIL's you have, then you might look at a true, full length tubular header such as a Stellings or CMI exhaust system, but you'll need to get your wallet out---they cost LOT$ of $$$, but they will be the best and will give those engines more of a kick over the GIL's. Especially a 42' Tiger that needs a lot of power to get it moving well. They will look a lot nicer too. Hope this helps---have fun.

For both performance and looks, CMI. You've got a great boat there, don't settle for less!!

We'd be happy to work with you on pricing. Give us a call

These Stellings would look great on there.
