Post Rumor has it - no Fountain dealership in SE Michigan

Heard a rumor today that Jefferson Beach dropped the Fountain line? Their website does not list Fountain as one of their lines... might be a good opportunity to swing a deal on a leftover if you don't mind trucking it to NC for warranty work!

Anyone have the scoop? I hear that JB has no Fountains displayed the Detroit show either...

Also a rumour that Fountain did not make their payment in time for wet slips at Miami, and Formula picked them up.

That's a pretty big market to lose for fountian. There are a ton of fountians around here. I wonder what that will mean to all the local beak owners when they need some warranty issues taken care of?

Mikestar,
I don't think it is a rumour, I also heard they dropped Sea-ray too.

Anyone know if Sundog is still selling Formula? Formula's website lists a dealer in Charlevoix when I did a search, and Sundog's space on Yachtworld only lists Wellcraft? What's wrong with Detroit? No Fountain dealership and now maybe no Formula dealer?

Geez, the water level isn't that low!

Sounds like Sunsation made a smart move. I've dealt with waters edge before.
