Is there a need for boat storage in the Lebanon/Mt Juliet area? I was thinking of 50 x 16, 40 x 14, and 30 x 12. If there is a need what kind of $ per year per size? I am thinking of locking keypad entry. Any feed back or thoughts would be welcome. Thanks, Joe Murray

Several of us (me/Flenner/VHart) keep our boats at Vanguard Secure Storage in Old Hickory. 24 hour access, close (if you live in OH/Lakewood/Hermitage/MJ/Madison), resonable rent (by month/no contracts), various size units, and SAFE.
I know there is also a rack storage unit near Cedar Creek Yacht Club. Convenient but expensive.

Thanks, Is the one in OH inside, outside, or open covered?

They are well covered (roof/sides/back) metal roof sheds. There are also storage sheds (covered with roll up doors) of varying sizes.

10' x 30' = $125, 15' x 40' = $150 (what I'm in). Seems pretty reasonable to me.
