The HO and Standard have different throttle body P/N's. Whats the difference between the two?

496 HO 2003 parts motor is coming in in about a week or two
Blown lower end , only ran once and was over- revved.

Looks like a different throttle plate. Raylar told me to increase hole on my standard to 5/16" and it really helped.
