Default Turn down Muffler ?

Whats everyones thoughts on these? How quiet is it at Idle/no wake?

I like the idea of my boat being quiet around the docks/slips/buoy patches.

Also, and most importantly, are flappers necessary with these?

Thanks

Very quiet. Similar to through prop exhaust, although not quite as quiet.

OK, how about the flappers? My current tips have the externals, the internals burnt out long ago.

Thanks,

You should replace the internal flappers.

Here's a custom set made for a very high HP MTI. They work perfect. Call Bill (847)623-2737.
