Default electric fuel pump selection

Hello,

What is recommended for a 502 gen6 850 carb. with 7 to 8 lbs. . I only have one line from the fuel tank (suction) unable to run a return line. I don't have any parts now and not sure what is needed any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks J.p

For a dead head pump, the most common selections are Mallory and Holley. 110gph isadequate. Do a search here for info. I've had good luck with the Mallory pumps.
Oh yeah, correct installation is probably more importat that the pump choice.

S-x Performance Makes A Model 18205 That Is Marine Rated And Puts Out 6.5psi And Supports Up To 480hp.if That Is Not Big Enough They Make A Model 18206 That Is Preset At 12 Psi And Supports Up To 1000 Hp. This Can Use Their Model 15412 Non Return Style Regulator. We Have Many In The Field With Out Any Problems.

aeromotive is also a good choice. remeber to plumb your fuel system with a return style regulator, and introduce the regulator at the end of your fuel rail on the carb. the return can be reintroduced to fuel system v.i.a a tee on the inlet side beforer the pump.
you may waqnt to consider adding a fuel cooler as well.

good luck.
