Battery Isolator Question

Here's one for the experts: I added an extra battery for the sound system. Its got its own AC charger, but when I hook it up to one of the alternators with an isolator, will it need to share a ground with the charging motor?

Can't answer your question, but I have a extra 3 bank isolator if you need one.
