Pro-Series Tour Pleases Fans at St. Cloud Season Opener
April 03, 2007 : Running six abreast, the Big Cats put on quite a show for the offshore fans at their 2007 Pro-Series Tour opener on April 1, in St. Cloud Florida where they came out to support the local divisional event which featured many of the offshore circuit favorites in cat outboard and V bottoms. From the colorful display of race trailers in the dry pits, to providing “the best and highest speed racing they have ever seen in their community in the last 17 years”, the Pro-Series Tour was a real crowd pleaser at this first 2007 exhibition event supported by SBI.
The fun filled weekend was kicked off with a local parade on Saturday morning where both young and old came out to see the boats and show their support for the racers. This years’ event marked the 17th anniversary of the St. Cloud boat races.
Balmy Florida spring temperatures, local community support, strong team camaraderie and great AMF team hospitality made this opener a fun event that was enjoyed by all.
With their next stop at the OPA sanctioned Ocean City, Maryland race on June 15 - 17, the Tour expects an even greater turnout, as additional offshore boats are being prepared by their crews, and the 2007 racing season goes into full swing.
The 2007 Pro-Series Tour, includes more than a dozen professional offshore racing teams that compete nationwide in races sanctioned by OSS, SBI, OPA and POPRA.

This is definately one of the best race sites...2006 was awesome,and this year is looking even better.June cant get here soon enough.
