Just received my pair of drive showers for Bravo 1 drives with Latham steering (steel braided hose into the steering plate\top cap), and they did not include the template for placement\location of the 2 holes

Does anyone have a copy they can scan, email me, or just tell me the locations on the cavitation plate?

I'm all set for a couple of days on the delta and was really hoping to get these showers on before I run hard over the 3-day weekend.
