Not intended to bash, want truthful experiences.
Just discovered my 2nd instance of the 3 clips that hold the baffle in falling out. Same as 1st time, 2 come out and the third stays and wedges baffle shut.
Will be calling and sending back to replace/repair. First time was told there had been no other failures. Now I am worried. My first failure caused huge backpressure in motor, breaking exhaust valve rocker arm studs.
I like the sound control but do not like risking my motor.
Motor is 540 M4 Procharged 7 psi boost 950 hp Lightning headers, short tips with these CMI's clamped on.

Please relate your own experience with these mufflers, also if they have gotten the rattle out of them too.

First I've heard of that to be honest with you. What year did you purchase these? are they old or new style? Where did you purchase them?

They did get rid of the rattling!!! If you are sending them in, tell them about it and they should be able to fix it. If you need any assistance please do not hesitate to let us know.

Purchased March 2006, have 20 hrs on them. Believe they are the newest style, have solid disk around outside that pushes open.
Sent both mufflers back in hopes that the rattle could be taken out.
