Every state is different. You need to have the same problem three times. It is a pain in the azz. It takes a lot of documentaion, lawsuit ect...ect... Tracking down time everything. You go after the manufacture not the dealer. When a Dealer hears " Lemon Law" They usually back away.....far away.
