i have a 97 sonic 35 ss does anyone know the length of the starbord drive indicator cable i have called sonic but since they switched ownership they do not have these records i would like to order the cable before removing the old one

I was told sometimes the length of the cable is marked on the ends of the cable.

All the cables are marked on the out jacket about a foot or two from either end.The measurement are in inches.

after you check the jacket to get the length have a look at the way they have it rigged, I found that most builders use cables that are a little longer then needed and you can ussually go back with the next shorter size and rig it alot cleaner. Make sure there is enough slack in your first though.
