Default Gelcoat Repair Shop

I have a very small chip in the gelcoat that needs to be filled. Where do you guys recommend taking the boat? Who does the best work in the area? Have trailer, will travel.

Thanks

Captain Nabber's in Morris. Unbelievable job on my boat last fall...perfectly...and I MEAN PERFECTLY...matched a quarter-sized chunk in my gelcoat. White wouldn't be a big deal, but red that has been faded a bit in the sun over 11 years...I didn't expect much. When I picked the thing up, I couldn't even tell which SIDE of the boat it had been on...even on a bright sunny day. Hell, my wife even approved!

Plus you could join the CPC boats that are already there...Millers' new Python and the Chi-Town Hustler!

Ask for Tom, 815-941-1546. My boat will stop by there in the next few weeks for a minor touch up. The guy's great.

I will say he is an artist, to see what he has transformed ours into is pretty cool.

Anyone on the north side of Chicago? I can trailer down there, but this is a simple chip (1/8") in the white area on a new hull, so it should be an easy fix... but, I do want it done right.

North side: yeah....Conture fiberglass...they do great work...fixed a friends boat after he launched it a bit too hot down the ramp and the rear quarter bumped a steel 8" post!! couldnt tell anything was done and he did it all in one day.

I think this is there info but you'll have to verify:

Contour Fiberglass. (847) 838-9320. 26122 W Lake Ave, Antioch, IL
