Default House rental at LOTO

We are looking into renting a large house at LOTO for our wedding. We would prefer a decent sized house with an area to have a small wedding ceremony by the water. BTW, if you rent your house for less than 14 days a year, the rent is not taxable.

Default House at LOTO for your wedding

I have a house at the 8mm that is vacation rental. It is fully and nicely furnished, sleeps 14 in beds, has a 2-well covered boat dock + a large swim platform, a large deck overlooking a very wide cove with great views but not "main channel" traffic or waves. You can also walk to some restaurants. Might be great for your wedding.

Also, we have a deal with our property management company to offer special deals to guests we find through Offshore Only.

If you think it might be a great fit for your wedding, just get back to me at [email protected] and let me know. I can send you pictures and a virtual tour if you have interest.

There's no place like LOTO!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

Dave,

We are looking for a place for the ceremony and overnight accommodations for some family and friends. Obviously, some people will stay at our house and my brother's condo, but we don't have room for everyone. We may to rent some additional rooms at a hotel as well.
