Also, thanks again to "the boys", Neill, Skip, Woodie (I mean Mr. Woods - haha) for letting this happen!

That's a trick set of wheels on Joe's boat. Aside from the diameter being staggered there are some other cuts on the props made just for Joe's boat. There is A LOT of programming and machine time in those props. No hand work.
After running Joe's boat in Sarasota on a test set of our CNC props I designed and made this set just for this application.

Matt,
FYI ---- I am still all over the rev. limiters at just past 3/4 throttle, and as you know, the boat still comes on plane quite nicely and cruises at 4k RPM's @ 71 MPH. We ran it this past weekend in fresh water (Lake Travis / Austin, TX Poker Run) and it still did the same thing ---
If it wasn't for the insurance issue, I wouldn't hesitate for a second asking you to build another set to see exactly how fast we can get the ol' girl to run! But, if I crack 100 MPH, my insurance nearly doubles.
Thanks again for building such a great set of props, and especially keeping the slip as high as you have. The boat runs like a rock star (or as Julie said, "Those are some Smack Daddy props!").
Joe
