Odd size trailer hubs/brakes

Odd size trailer hubs/brakes
Anyone know a good place to get odd sized trailer axle parts? etrailer and the others I've found so far don't carry what I need.
My hub and brake spindles are not tapered. They are 1 3/8" all the way through. 5 bolts on 5 1/2" centers.
Perhaps new axle assemblies are in order.
I can't even find replacement wheels for this stupid thing.
