Exhaust Maifold Gasket

Is fel-pro 1410 the best exhaust manifold gasket to use for cast iron heads and Gil exhaust manifolds on a BBC 420HP? Is their any better perfoming ones?

I always prefered the stock Merc gasket that has the silver coating on it.

I only use Earl's graphite gaskets or SCI copper gaskets.
