No need to go crazy, go to ace hardware and buy a few gallons of Toluene it's 114 octane and is a secret ingredient in many octane boosters. Shy away from xylene or xylol. It's 116 octane but will destroy fuel hoses carbs and other rubber parts.
It's about $8 a gallon. Do a blend and save some money and get better fuel . I would start with 93 octane and go from there . You can find a chart online or do the math. I think vp industries who sells race fuel offers the chart. There's no magic in fuel it's just alot chemistry.
As an old school rapper named Jehru the damaga said.

" So I hope you keep your focus, theres no hocus pocus , in the end it's just us. "
