The center two sticks are taller than the outside. Once you get going you pin them together and just have to hold onto two.
Or just get some "man hands".

How did they fit them in there. Are they 2 sets of staggards? Send us a pic of engine compartment.

The only thing I dont think looks too ergonomical is the shifter position, almost looks like you would have to reach backwards to reach???
