Does anyone know where I can get steps like in this pic?

I don't think those are plastic. Years ago when I worked for a performance and accessory wholesale warehouse we used to sell aluminum steps like that to Profile in Iowa for their boats. Unfortunately, I can't remember who made them. If I think of it, I'll let you know. Sorry!
