Ouch...

I've got one that looks just like that sitting on my desk.......did it put a window in the motor? What was the prognosis on why it did that, I thought they were VERY TAME FISHING MOTORS?

Just broke the sleeve, It's on its way now to get fixed. Looks like the High Speed fuel pump "shut-down" and leaned out the bottom cylinders melting #5 down while running at 6500rpm.

I'm going to sit out Ocean City and re-wire the whole boat to get this problem fixed.

Do you still have the oil injection or are you mixing fuel? If you do get rid of the oil injection......
